Resolved - Our genius development team was able to patch the FaxBox bugs and outbound faxing is now working normally.

Identified - The teams are making progress! We've been able to identify that faxes are transmitting, but have discovered that Platform is not accurately reporting these successes.

We are hard at work to resolve this and will provide additional updates within 1 hour.

Investigating - We have received several reports from some customers of FaxBoxes experiencing trouble when transmitting faxes. Our development team is working along side ours support staff to investigate each report and get to the bottom of the issue.

Scheduled - Earlier today we experienced a brief period of trouble with features related to Time of Day. During our response we discovered a bug that caused the issue, and are updating softwares related to that code. We do not expect any trouble during tonight’s work, however a web portal may be unavailable for a brief period. Resolved - The development team identified the systems that were causing the trouble and were able to restart services to resolve the trouble. We've contact each customer to retest and have confirmed the trouble has since been resolved.

Identified - Our development teams are continuing to investigate a few reports of trouble regarding call features, time of day, and portal access. Users previously had issues loading our portal should find this to be corrected, and we're continuing to test any report of trouble.

Investigating - The team has received reports from some customers that are experiencing trouble logging into the Voice Platform and/or running into error messages when navigating features in Voice Platform.

Resolved - All clear! Our tech genies at the East Coast data center were able to restore services and all fail-over measures have returned to normal.

Update - Our development team has identified the systems causing the issue, and we've maintain that no services are impacted. We'll update again once our network team has returned to normal status.

Investigating - We're monitoring an outage in our East Coast Data Center. To prevent customer trouble we've routed calls and traffic around this data center. We do not expect any trouble and are providing this update for information only. We'll provide status again after we have an update from our local team, and when back to normal operations.
